Getting there: An airport shuttle bus picks up and drops off across the street from the hotel and costs $5–$15 one way, $16–$25 round trip. Town Cars and taxis from the airport are $26–$35.
Getting around: W Seattle's downtown location makes it easy to get around on foot, and Metro bus service is free within the downtown core. Taxis—best arranged by phone—are convenient for short distances. Six blocks away, the Seattle Monorail, an elevated train, zips passengers to the nearby Seattle Center. Round-trip fare is less than $5. Although rush-hour traffic is heavy, many visitors choose to drive downtown. Garages and lots are generally easier to find than on-street parking. Car rentals are available online.
