This four-story hotel has the ambience of a hand-hewn rustic mountain lodge, but is located in a business area five miles from downtown Vancouver and 13 miles from downtown Portland. Thick timber posts, a huge stone fireplace, wood-paneled walls, vintage Pendleton blankets, a totem pole, and specially commissioned artwork create a Northwestern look in the two-story lobby.
Heathman Lodge has an indoor lap pool with spa tub, sauna, and an adjacent fitness area with free weights and cardio and strength-training machines from the locally based Nautilus company. The lobby offers complimentary wireless Internet access. Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the third floor.
